By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or calling a number listed on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Verified Results is a consumer connection platform, not a service provider. We help visitors find and connect with independent, third-party home service contractors, insurance agents, dental offices, moving companies, and other professionals (“Service Partners”) across the categories listed on the Site.
We do not perform home repairs, sell insurance, provide dental care, or perform any other service listed on the Site. Service Partners are independent businesses — they are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers, and we do not control the services they provide.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate and belongs to you (or that you have permission to submit it on someone else’s behalf).
We make no guarantee that we will connect you with a Service Partner, that any Service Partner will contact you, or regarding the quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, or suitability of any Service Partner. You are solely responsible for vetting any Service Partner before engaging their services — including verifying licensing, insurance, and credentials required in your state.
Any dispute regarding services actually performed, quoted, or sold is between you and the Service Partner directly. Verified Results is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for resolving it.
By submitting a form or providing your phone number on the Site, you consent to be contacted by Verified Results and relevant Service Partners as described in our Privacy Policy, including by autodialer or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of using the Site or any service.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by Verified Results or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.
The Site may link to or feature content from third-party Service Partners or other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or Service Partner.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND CONNECTIONS PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SERVICE PARTNER WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIFIED RESULTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE PARTNER’S SERVICES — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($50).
